Should not the Minister for supply be dismissed ?

Yesterday (Feb 04, 2007) Avenues television telecasted a controvorsial informal statement by Minister for supply Shyam Sundar Gupta. Mr. Gupta had held a party for journalists in Hotel Orchid Tripureshwor in which he stated something which is offensive for Nepalese people. He had stated that he is not concerned over the raise in price for petroleum products. He clearly stated that he is not serious towards the difficulties that Nepalese people are facing for mere 5 to 10 litres of diesel and 1 or 2 litres of kerosene. Mr. Gupta told "I feel like laughing when I see people in a quee in front of gas stations. I am not concerned over the difficulties that people are facing. Let them face such situation. Why should I be concerned over it?"
Though these are the statements that are made informally in a party, these are serious statements. This clearly shows that the minister is not concerned about the problems that Nepalese people are facing. Whats the need of such minister then ? Should not he be dismissed immediately ?
If he is not concerned over the problems that Nepalese are facing because of his inability to smoothen the supply of petroleum products, what's the use of feeding him with the tax paid by those public ? Lets start thinking and lets create pressure to dismiss such minister ?
